Zoom says its needs to be updated, contact IT department
This means your zoom app is the 32-bit version and it needs to be the newer 64bit version. We don't know why Zoom doesn't have a way to uninstall and update like most other application designers. You can put a helpdesk ticket in and we will remotely connect to your computer and do the below steps... or you can try yourself.
Go to settings - apps - and uninstall Zoom. You can close that app list when zoom disappears.
Next go to https://zoom.us/download and download the newest Zoom Desktop Client using the button. The app will download to your browsers default download location. From that location you can install the newest version you just downloaded. Follow any elevated prompts or questions for the install. Once complete you will have the newest zoom client.
