If you use an EERO router, please try this

1. Download the EERO app

2. Open the EERO app on your cell phone and Click Discover

3. Turn off ADVANCED SECURITY by toggling it OFF

3. Restart your child's DPS Chromebook and reconnect to your home WIFI
