Chromebook Black Screen, Light is on

Black Screen, Light is on

If the power light is on but the Chromebook screen is black please try the following steps

Plug in the Chromebook

Hold down the ESC & Refresh Keys, then push Power, and continue to hold down ESC & Refresh until the screen comes on.  You may have to push power a few times.

Once the screen comes on please power down the Chromebook & then try to turn it back on.
