Shoretel - Calls are not ringing, on phone (In A Meeting), all buttons lit

If you notice your phone's appearances buttons are all lit, and you are not getting any calls... check the phone's display. Does it say "In A Meeting"? If so, the phones call state has been accidentally changed.

To change it back to the default "Available" call state, press the State softkey, press #1, then press the "OK" softkey.

You will see the lights turn off on your extension appearances, and it will now say "Available" under your name.

Your phone will now ring 4 times then go to voicemail.
