The "Talk n Go microphone” is connected, but there is no sound coming from the speakers, how do I fix it?

 tick on the 'speaker' icon on the taskbar next to the "date & time", if the speakers are set to 'talk n go mic', change the speakers by Ticking on the Up arrow symbol and select "Realtek High Definition Audio" speakers, that should correct the sound. If there is still no sound, contact IT Support.
