Why is it that I can hear my students while in Zoom on the Classroom computer but they can’t hear me?

Look for the Microphone icon while in the Zoom program, make sure that the Microphone is set to the correct one in the room. If you have more than 1 device, make sure the model matches the microphone in the settings that you would like to use.
