Chromebook issues connecting to Zoom classes

If you do not see the “My Profile - Zoom” tab open in Chrome please follow the below steps.  This tab must remain open to connect to Zoom meetings. 

Please click the DPS Bookmarks to reopen it or reboot the Chromebook.

After rebooting the Chromebook, log back in.  Open the Chrome browser & allow apps to open. The “Zoom for DPS” app should open in a separate tab, this tab must remain open.

If you are still unsuccessful in connecting to a Zoom class after restarting, please make sure the link for the Zoom meeting is correct.

Please remember to shut down the Chromebook each night for a fresh start the next day.
