Creating a Teams Meeting from Outlook Calendar
Click the Calendar icon in Outlook
Check the box of the person Calendar for who you are creating the Teams meeting on behalf of & go to their calendar
At the top of the calendar, you will see click Teams Meeting & Schedule Meeting
This will pop up
To change meeting Options click
